Collect Flanders' 'lost' items and then take them back to him..<br /><br />All you really have to do is head in the direction of the bridge, and once you've talked to Barney, just head in the opposite direction until the Kwik-E-Mart. Jump on the Duff Truck, collect what you need to and then head back to Ned to complete the mission!
